• Check-in/out: The apartments are at your disposal for check-in from 2.00 pm. Check-out must be done by 10 am.
  For requests for arrival at a different time, please contact the management on the number: +39 351 567 0872.
• Private parking and Wi-Fi Internet are offered free of charge.
• Availability and prices can be consulted on our website on the home page by clicking on the “BOOK NOW” button
• Any type of extra bed or cot is available on request with an extra charge and subject to confirmation by the Residence.
• Small animals such as dogs and cats are welcome, but must be declared at the time of booking, as they require an extra supplement which will be communicated by the management.
• Confirmation of reservation: to confirm the reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay is required.

• Furthermore, for stays of just one night, your reservation must be confirmed by means of a pre-payment.
• Method of payment of the balance: within 3 days before arrival or in the Residence upon arrival according to the period: in cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or debit card.
• Cancellation conditions: a penalty equal to the amount of the deposit is foreseen, which in any case will not be returned.
